Website Maintenance Minor Update Listing

• Small text changes (not including changing an entire page of text)

• Changing page URL’s (only applies to WordPress CMS sites and websites developed by Promo Management)

Note: Prices listed below are discount prices that are made available only for clients that currently have a monthly or annual website maintenance plan with Promo Management. If you currently do not have a monthly of annual website maintenance plan, the costs for services listed below will be significantly higher.

Website Maintenance Services Terms and Conditions

  • Website maintenance services by Promo Management are Monthly and Annual (12 month) agreements.
  • Payment Methods
    • Monthly Website Maintenance service fees require credit card or paypal for payment. No other forms of payment will be accepted for monthly website maintenace.
    • Annual Website Maintenance service fees may be paid with credit card, paypal, check, bank wire-transfer or money order.
  • Website maintenance service fees will be charged to the clients credit card on file on the 1st day of every month.
  • Website maintenance service fees will be prorated for new clients that sign up in the middle of a given month.
  • Termination of this agreement by the client.
    • Clients may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice.
    • A fee of $150 will be charged to the clients account for terminating this agreement between the 1st month and the 6th month of agreement.
    • A fee of $75 will be charged to the clients account for terminating this agreement between the 6th month and the 12th month of agreement.
    • After the initial 12 months, the client may terminate this agreement without paying any additional fees with 30 days written notice.
  • Promo Management may terminate this agreement at anytime with written notice to the client.
  • An administrative fee of $25 will be charged to the clients account for any late payments or declined credit card charges.
  • An administrative fee of $30 will be charged for returned checks.
  • There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services.
  • When adding new text and/or content to a page the client is responsible for providing all text (in digital format) and images/photos.
  • Minor updates are limited to 5 incidents per week depending on availability. More minor updates may be able to be completed each week depending on the Promo Management master project schedule. The client may email info@promomanagement.net to find out if more updates may be allowed in a given week.
  • There is no roll-over for any website maintenance plan services.
  • “Update turnaround time” is based on standard minor updates. Advanced programming may result in longer turnaround times.
  • Urgent and/or Rush updates, modifications, or edits will be completed within 24 hours. A fee of $50 will be charged if updates and/or modifications or edits are required to be completed on Saturday or Sunday.

Payment Terms
To allocate and secure design and development time for any new web design project, a payment must be made. A monthly payment or semiannual payment, with discount applied, secures this time for your website project and work commences shortly after.

The date payment is made starts your agreement and billing cycle. Our billing system will automatically send out reminders when next term is due (monthly/semiannual).
If monthly payment plan is selected, we ask that the monthly service fee is paid on a recurring basis through PayPal subscription.
