What are the big differences in plans?
The notable differences are (1) number of main website pages, (2) addition of either a blog or online store, and (3) number of hours per month for support and website changes made by your personal account manager. How does it work?
Once you pick a plan, you’ll fill out a questionnaire to give us your ideas and we’ll get to work building your custom site. When your design is ready, you’ll get to see it and request unlimited revisions. Once we get everything looking just right, we’ll set the website “live” on your domain name of choice. We handle the website hosting and your personal account manager is on-call to make any ongoing changes you need.

How long does it take?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of your needs and our current project calendar. As a general reference, our custom designs take 2-4 weeks. Every business is unique, and we dedicate the time and attention needed to produce high quality results. We take clients on a first-come first-serve basis. If you’re not quite ready to start now but would like to reserve a project date in the future, contact us sooner than later so we can accommodate your timeline.

Is website hosting included?
Yes, we provide and handle your website hosting for you. While we’re based out of Pennsylvania, our servers are centrally located in United States for optimal load times nationwide. Your site will be hosted on our corporate-grade Intel XEON E3-1231 V3 servers with a 3.8GHz Turbo processor, 32GB 1600Mhz DDR3, SSD storage Samsung 850 Pro w/ RAID 1. Let’s just say our servers are a major step up from what the DIY website services or cheap hosting companies offer.

What happens if I don’t like the site?
We keep it low risk for you by designing your entire site for the first month’s payment. If you need some modifications to the site we build, don’t worry – you get unlimited revisions. If you hate everything about the site we build you, we’ll build you a brand new one. And if you’re still unhappy, for any reason whatsoever, you can simply cancel anytime.

What happens if I cancel?
Your website is a part of the service we provide. Like all hosted/managed services, if you cancel your service your website will go offline. You can cancel anytime just like you can resume anytime. But unlike other hosted services, we offer a third option – you can also purchase your website outright at anytime. While most of our clients prefer to have a personal support and management, you can purchase your website and go it alone or with a team of your own.

Can I purchase my website?
Yes. If you don’t want a monthly fee and would prefer to manage your website’s hosting, updates, edits, design, and security yourself, you can absolutely do that. You can either start with one of our monthly plans and purchase your site outright at any point, or you can simply purchase your website upfront without doing the monthly service. Can you manage my current website?
Yes. If you like your current website, but don’t like editing or updating it, we can manage your current website for you. We offer Webmaster Services that free you up to manage your business while we manage your website. You’ll have your own personal webmaster, along with their direct phone line and personal email, who’s on-call to handle your ongoing website requests and needs.
